以福建省沙县官庄国有林场第3代杉木种子园土壤为研究对象,研究不同农艺措施(S、F、SF)对杉木种子园土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明,不同农艺措施对土壤酶活性作用主要在表层(0~20 cm);松土(S)和稻草覆盖处理(F)均能显著提高土壤蔗糖酶活性,但对土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性效果不显著;松土加稻草覆盖处理(SF)对提高土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性效果显著.蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶可作为杉木种子园敏感的土壤酶学指标.因此,采取松土加稻草覆盖,对提高土壤酶活性和栽培效益方面有积极作用.
A study was conducted to analyze the effects of soil enzyme activities under different agricultural treatments( S,F,SF) in the 3rd generation Cunninghamia lanceolata seed orchard,which is located on Guanzhuang State-owned Forest Farm,Shaxian County,Fujian Province. The results showed that changes of soil enzyme activities in different agricultural treatments appeared mostly in the surface( 0-20 cm).Loosening the soil( S) and straw mulching( F) could significantly increase soil invertase activity,but the varieties of soil urease and phosphatase activities was not obvious. Loosening the soil with straw mulching treatment( SF) significantly increased soil invertase,urease and phosphatase activities. Soil invertase,urease and phosphatase activities could be used as sensitive soil enzymology index in seed orchards of Chinese fir. Therefore,loosening the soil with straw mulching treatment( SF) has a positive effect on improving soil enzyme activities and the efficiency of cultivation.
