模拟与试验相结合,研究了恒定磁场作用下Al-Pb偏晶合金定向凝固时的组织演变过程。结果表明,恒定磁场能抑制基体熔体对流,显著影响偏晶合金凝固组织演变,有助于弥散型偏晶合金复合材料的获得。
Microstructure evolution of monotectic alloy Al-Pb during directional solidification with a static magnetic field were investigated by simulation combining with experiment.The results show that the static magnetic field can significantly affect the microstructure evolution of monotectic Al-Pb alloy through restraining the convection of matrixmelt,beneficial for obtaining dispersedly monotectic alloy composites.
