在法国大学校工程师教育中,学校与企业的关系主要表现为:企业直接参与学校人才培养管理,常态的产学研合作模式,基于企业和工程师大学合作关系的职业培训机制,企业对学校在教学设备和实验仪器上的资助.企业培养方案的制定是落实“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的核心环节,是工程教育的重要特征和本质要求.法国高等工程师教育对我国“卓越工程师教育培养计划”中企业培养方案的制定带来的启示包括:人才培养标准应由教育界与工业界联合制定,创立全面的高校与行业企业联合培养人才的新机制,“卓越工程师教育培养计划”应实行双导师制,要配合企业“走出去”战略,把培养具备国际视野,能够进行跨文化交流、合作和参与国际竞争的工程师作为重要内容,实行以企业需求为导向的选择性人才培养,要达到学校、企业和学生三方共赢的局面.
