目的 探讨自体全血外敷对糖尿病足创面愈合的效果.方法 选取慢性伤口门诊换药的糖尿病足患者200例,分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组采用常规湿性疗法换药,观察组采用湿性敷料换药至创面新鲜后,用自体全血外敷.结果 实验组创面第7天、第14天、第21天愈合率高于对照组(P<0.01),创面愈合时间低于对照组(P<0.01),且无任何不良反应.结论 自体全血外敷对糖尿病足创面的愈合有明显的促进作用,安全可靠,可推广使用.
Objective To examine the effectiveness of autologous whole blood external treatment for diabetic foot wounds. Methods Totally,200 outpatients with chronic diabetic foot wound were recruited and were divided into the experimental group (100 cases) and the control group (100cases). Patients in the control group received conventional wet therapy treatment, while patients in the experimental group received wet dressing to wound coming fresh, then received autologous whole blood external treatment. Results The wound healing rate after 7,14,21 days in the experimental group was higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. O1 ) , and the curative time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and without any adverse reaction. Conclusion Autologous whole blood external application can promote the healing of diabetic foot wounds, and is safe and reliable to be popularized in clinic.
