电子病历已经成为区域医疗和居民电子健康档案的重要数据来源,不同于传统的电子病历概念,新一代的电子病历系统将成为医院信息化的核心系统,满足患者所有诊疗数据的集成存储,有跨平台、面向对象、云计算等技术要求,真正成为对技术架构的稳定性和可扩展性要求极高的大型软件系统。描述了实际工作中建立的一套成熟.NET电子病历系统技术架构,运用面向对象的开发方法和WCF等重要接口技术,三层架构体系实现了应用服务端的负载均衡和多种数据库支持的可扩展性,满足大型系统的架构要求。
Electronic medical record has become important data source of regional medical and resident electronic health records. Different from the traditional concept of electronic medical records, a new generation of electronic medical record system will become the core system of hospital information; complete integrated storage of all diagnosis and treatment data of patients; have cross-platform, object-oriented, cloud computing and other technical requirements; and become a large software system with high requirements of stability and expansibility of technical architecture. Work technical architecture of a set of mature .NET electronic medical record system established in the practical is described. With object-oriented development method, WCF and other important interface technologies, three-layer architecture system realizes load balance of application server and expansibility of multi-database support, and meets the architecture requirements of large-scale system.
