同一电网中水电站对火电站的减排补偿效益

水电站发电是河流势能转化为电能的过程,不消耗不可再生能源,不产生污染性气体,符合节能减排的基本国策。针对水电作为清洁能源的价值没有得到真正体现的问题,在提出水电对火电的补偿效益体现了水电站真正的环保价值基础上,给出了同一电网中水电站对火电站减排补偿效益的产生机制及其计算方法,并以水电站对同一电网中火电站的减排效益为例,研究水电站对火电站的补偿效益。结果表明:在某电网中,4座水电站对3座火电站的减排补偿效益是998.6万元/a,可见水电对火电的减排补偿效益十分可观,水电在节能减排上做出了巨大贡献。

英文摘要:

Hydropower generation is a process in which the river potential energy is converted into electrical energy. It does not consume non- renewable energy and produce polluting gases, being in line with the basic national policy of energy conservation. For the issue that the by dropower did not reflect what it actually values as a kind of clean energy, this article had provided the mechanism and the computation meth- od of the compensation benefits of hydropower to thermal power station emission reduction which reflected the real value of environment protection in the same power grid and illustrated by the case of the benefits of it, we researched the compensation benefits of the hydropower to thermal power station emission reduction in the same power grid. The result shows that the compensation benefits of the hydropower to thermal power station emission reduction are 9.986 million RMB per year in the same power grid. We can get a conclusion that the compensation benefits of the hydropower to thermal power station emission reduction are so substantial and the hydropower has made tremendous contributions to energy conversation and emission reduction.
