Using intellectual property rights to obtain economic advantages has laid a good foundation for promoting China＇s international competitiveness.Based on the principle of balanced interests,this paper introduces the stakeholder theory to intellectual property policy research to identify the stakeholders involved in the existing intellectual property policies and relevant legislations in China.It points out that the absence and imbalance of the power and interests of the stakeholder involved in the intellectual property policy and relevant regulations.
