用化学沉积法制备了纳米Ni-P-TiO2复合镀层。研究了TiO2含量PH值、温度等对沉积速度的影响,及热处理温度对镀层硬度和磨损的影响。
Ni-P-TiO2 composite coatings were prepared by electroless plating. The influence of TiO2 particles, the pH value and the temperature of plating solution on rate of the Ni-P-TiO2 coatings wrre analyzed. The effect of temperature of heat treatment on hardness and wear of plating coating is studied.
