采用离子对试剂作流动相,离子色谱紫外检测法测定蔬菜中残留的百草枯,在流速为0.25mL/min,淋洗液为10%(体积分数)乙腈和0.05mol/L七氟丁酸的混合液时能够快速稳定出峰,且与其他干扰离子充分分离,百草枯的检测下限为5.1μg/L,具有良好的线性关系和重现性。对青菜样品中百草枯进行测定,回收率在86.5%~93.8%,结果令人满意。
An ion-pair chromatography-UV detection (at 257 nm) method was developed for separation and measurement of the residual herbicide paraquat in vegetable samples. Rapid separation was achieved in a Dionex IonPac NSI(4 mm× 150 mm) column using 0.25 mL/min of the eluent mixture of 0.05 mol/L HFBA and 10% ACN. Both the peak height and peak area were well correlated with the paraquat concentration by linear functions. With a detection limit of 5. 1 μg/L and 86. 5%-93.8% recovery of the spiked paraquat, the method can be employed to measure residual paraquat in many vegetables and other food items.
