该文在分析压电纤维复合材料(PFC)自身特点和制作工艺的基础上,建立了正交异性压电纤维复合材料(OPFC)传感元件的理论模型,采用改进的排列-浇注法制作了不同尺寸的OPFC传感元件,并就其正交异性、灵敏度等驱动性能进行仿真与实验测试,提出了相应的改进措施。其实验结果为OPFC的进一步研究与应用奠定了良好的基础。
A theoretical model of Orthotropic Piezoelectric Fiber Composites(OPFC) has been established based on the analysis of the characteristics of the Piezoelectric Fiber Composites(PFC) and its production process. The different sizes of OPFC sensors have been manufactured by using an improved ranging-pouring method. We also did some simulation and experimental tests on the orthotropic,sensitivity and other driving performances of the OPFC. Then we presented some improved methods. The results of the experiments laid a good foundation for the further research of OPFC.
