收集了2010年以来的数字图书馆理论与实践国际会议(TPDL)NKOS分会、全国知识组织与知识链接学术交流会的会议报告和论文,收集了中国知网、Web of Science数据库中2010-2015年知识组织领域的论文,从服务的视角,对知识组织系统(KOS)及其服务项目的最新研究进展进行了系统地总结和评述。从服务工具的角度看,KOS的建设和改造工作的进展主要集中在词表和本体方面;从服务手段的角度看,KOS可视化的工具与方法为适应大数据等新技术环境不断进行改造,并呈现出新的发展方向;从服务内容的角度看,KOS在应用方面的进展主要包括自动标引与分类、术语消歧、查询扩展与推荐等方面;从服务实践的角度看,基于SKOS、关联数据等标准和技术的服务项目取得了重要进展。
The study collects the conference reports and papers from the NKOS workshops at the International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries (TPDL) and from the National Symposiums on Knowledge Organization and Knowledge Linking, and also collects papers on knowledge organization in CNKI database and Web of Science database from the year 2010 to 2015, and then makes a systematic summary and review on the latest research progress of knowledge organization system (KOS) and related service projects from the perspective of services. It is found that: from the perspective of service tools, the progresses on construction and transformation of KOS mainly focus on terminologies and ontologies; from the perspective of service approaches, KOS visualization tools and methods are being updated constantly to meet the needs of new technology environments such as "big data"; from the perspective of service contents, re- search progresses on KOS-based applications mainly include automatic indexing and classification, term disambiguation, query expansion and suggestion and so on; from the perspective of service practice, some emerging projects based on SKOS, linked data and other stand- ards or technologies have made a lot of achievements.
