大规模风电并网给电力系统优化调度带来了新的挑战。考虑到风电功率场景选取与系统有功调节能力之间的内在联系,提出一种风电功率场景自适应选取方法,该方法可以根据系统有功调节能力动态调整各场景的功率区间范围。在此基础上,建立了基于场景分析法的风电并网系统有功调度模型。通过对不同场景选取模式下条件期望再调度成本的比较,分析了风电功率场景选取对有功调度的影响。算例分析表明,所提模型和方法可以有效地获得对风电功率不确定性适应力更好的有功调度方案。
The large-scale wind power penetration has brought new challenges to the optimal power dispatch of power systems. In this paper the inherent association between the wind power scenarios' selection and active power dispatch is considered and a wind power scenario self-adaptive selection method is presented. This method is able to dynamically adiust the power range of each scenario according to the active power adjusting ability. On this basis, an active power dispatch model for wind power connection is proposed based on the scenario analysis method. By a comparison of the conditional expected re-dispatch costs of different selected scenarios, the impact of the wind power scenario selection method on active power dispatching is analyzed. Case studies show that the model and method presented can yield an active power dispatch scheme better adapted to wind power uncertainty.
