提出一种应对不确定性运行环境的优化调度方法:给出主动量与被动量的定义;按机组运行位置和释放备用响应能力的方向和大小对机组进行分类,即下调类、上下可调类和上调类,并对这3类机组的运行的特性进行分析;根据被动量需求区间分布范围提出了有效备用响应能力的概念,将区间满足度作为新的约束条件,提出一种考虑被动量需求区间分布的经济调度方法。通过在10机系统的仿真,验证了方法的正确性。
This paper proposed an economic dispatching method to deal with the dispatching issue under uncertainty conditons.Firstly the definitions of active variable and passive variable were given.Secondly,the operating characteristics were analyzed for three kinds of units,which were the down-regulation unit,the two-direction-regulation and the up-regulation,classified by its running position,regulation direction and reserve responsiveness.Thirdly,based on passive variable demand interval distribution,the concept of effective reserve responsiveness and such a new constraint as interval satisfaction degree were clarified.Finally,an economic dispatching method is proposed which considers the constraint of passive demand interval distribution,and its correctness is verified by simulations on ten unit system.
