目的对医疗机构的组织冗余进行分析,反映其生产效率,并提出进一步研究医疗机构组织冗余的框架。方法选择10家医疗机构作为样本。基于医疗机构投入的可变性,使用数据包络分析计算组织冗余。结果样本医疗机构的组织冗余水平呈现下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义。考虑到产出的增长,这一结果的原因可能在于医疗机构管理能力的提升和医疗机构的生产效率依然处于较低水平。结论对医疗机构组织冗余的进一步研究需要将非理想产出、主观认知和知识利用能力纳入分析框架。
Objective To analyze the organizational slack of medical care institutions, to reflect production efficiency, and to propose a frame for further study. Method Data of 10 hospitals were collected and Data Envelop Analysis was applied to calculate organizational slack. Result The organizational slack declined over time, but the difference was not statistically significant. Through considering the increase of output, this could be contributed to that the management was improved and the efficiency of medical care institutions was relatively poor. Conclusion The ideal output, the perception of organizational resources and knowledge utilization need to be brought into the further study of organizational slack of medical care institutions.
