目的 研究上海社区卫生服务智库在社区医务人员和管理人员中的认知度及其影响因素。探讨上海社区卫生服务智库建设的必要性,研究其功能定位和发展方向。方法 在上海市区和郊区社区卫生服务中心共抽取405名工作人员进行问卷调查,调查内容包括被调查者的基本情况、社区卫生服务智库的知晓程度、社区卫生服务专著必要性和专著内容需求4个方面。以此来研究上海社区卫生智库的认知情况及其影响因素,探讨其建设需求。结果 有效问卷400份,45.3%的调查对象完全不知道社区卫生服务智库的概念,35.0%只是听说过但不清楚具体包含哪些内容;15.6%的调查对象对智库了解表面、不深入;只有4.1%的调查对象对社区卫生服务智库有一定程度的知晓。不同知晓程度的调查对象,对撰写社区卫生服务智库方面专著是否必要的意见差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。只要对社区卫生服务智库有初步认识的调查对象70%以上都认为有必要撰写相关专著。说明社区卫生服务智库在社区医生和管理人员中知晓率还很低,应加强智库建设,提升社区卫生服务智库的影响力。结论 社区卫生服务智库的知晓度偏低,同时社区卫生服务服务智库的需求相对明确。应该在扩大影响力的基础上大力发展社区卫生服务智库,加强智库基地、数据库及人才建设,并形成鲜明的自身特色。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the recognition of the community medical staff and the management on Shanghai community health services think-tank, and its influence factors. To discuss the necessity of construction and research on Shanghai Community health service think-tank, to learn its main content and the direction. Methods Questionnaire sur- vey in the Community health service center in Shanghai were collected from 400 medical personnel, in which include the basic situation for survey respondent （ age, sex, work, title, hospital level, income） , the degree of recognition on Community health service think-tank, the necessity of Community health service monographs and the main content of the monographs. The cognitive situation and influence factors of Shanghai community health Think-tank were disucssed. Results Among 400 valid questionnaires,45.3% of the respondents did not know the concept of Community health service Think-tank, 35% only heard about it and didn＇t know what it is exactly;15.6% only knew a little about it;only 4.1% of respondents knew it better. There is statistical difference on the writing community health service think-tank monographs in the investi- gation object of different degree of awareness（P 〈0.05）. The investigation objects agree that it was necessary to write re- lated monograph which have preliminary understanding of the community health service think-tank were more than 70%. It suggested that we should promote the development of Think-tank and increase its influence because of the low recogni- tion of doctors and managers for Community health service. Conclusions The recognition of community health service think-tank is not enough ,while the demand of it is obvious. Efforts should be done to develop Community health service think-tank, basing on expanding the influence of Think-tank, promoting Community health service bases construction, per- sonnel training and forming its own distinct characteristics.
