由于食品具有易腐性、时效性等特点使得食品冷链物流对配送时间、温度、湿度、食品品质和卫生环境等都有着非常严格的限制与要求,提高企业的配送绩效,从而保证食品品质,降低配送成本、提高经济效益。在对食品冷链物流配送绩效评价进行介绍的同时,对国内外学者对于食品冷链物流配送绩效评价方面的研究进行述评,述评分为两部分,一是食品冷链物流配送的述评,二是对配送绩效评价进行述评。
Food chain logistics has very strict limitations and requirements for delivery time, temperature, humidity, food quality and sanitation, be- cause of food has perish.able, timeliness and other features. Enterprises improve performance of distribution to guarantee of food quality, reduce dis- tribution costs and improve economic efficiency. Distribution performance evaluation of food cold chain logistics is introduced and domestic and for- eign scholars for research in distribution performance evaluation of food cold chain logistics are reviewed. The review has two parts. One part, to re- view distribution of the food cold chain logistics. Another, to review is the performance evaluation of distribution.
