针对露天矿过背斜生产期间矿体底板倾角过大导致无法内排的情况,提出3种内排方式,以减少工作线推进方向上的底板倾角,实现剥离物内排。选取外排量、内排运距、生产组织管理难度3个指标建立综合评价模型,以某大型露天矿为例对模型进行验证,采用理想解法对方案综合指标值排序以得到最优方案。研究结果表明:采用“L”型工作线布置方式时,可以在最短时间内恢复剥离物内排,且综合指标值最高,方案最优。
To address the problem overlarge angle for the orebody floor during anticline period m surface mines resulting in inability of internal dumping, 3 methods were put forward to decline an angle of the floor in the working face direction and to make the internal overburden dumping. A comprehensive evaluation model was established by selecting 3 indexes of external dumping volume, transport distance and production organization and management difficulty. A surface mine was taken for example to verify the model and the comprehensive index values for the solutions were ordered by the ideal approach to obtain the optimal one. The results showed that with "L" shaped working line, the internal overburden dumping can be resumed in a minimum time and the comprehensive index values are the highest, which is the optimal solution.
