为探究活性炭预处理和CeO2修饰剂对催化剂活性的影响,以活性炭为载体、以NaBH#为还原剂,成功地制备出P4Ni3/C直接碱性乙醇燃料电池用阳极催化剂,并对其进行物理表征及电化学性能测试.结果表明:使用预处理活性炭为载体的催化剂在电化学测试中乙醇氧化峰值是未处理活性炭为载体催化剂的2.04倍;在预处理活性炭为载体的催化剂中,添加CeO2的Pd2NVC催化剂所产生的最大氧化峰(63.3mA/cm2)是不添加CeO2的Pd2NVC催化剂(26.3mA/cm2)的2.4倍,说明活性炭的强化处理和CeO2修饰大大地提高了催化剂的活性.
In order to investigate the influence of the pretreated active carbon and the decorator CeO2 on the activity of catalysts, the alkaline direct ethanol fuel cell catalyst PdgNis/C was prepared by reduction, using active carbon as supporter, and NaBH4 as reducing agent. The physical properties and electrochemistry of catalysts were tested. The results showed that the ethanol oxidation peak of cyclic voltammetry (CV) on the active carbon pretreated catalyst was 2.04 times as much as that on the untreated active carbon catalyst. The ethanol oxidation peak of cyclic voltammetry (CV) on the catalyst with CeO.as decorator (63.3 mA/cm2) was 2.4 times as much as that without CeO2 as decorator(26.3 mA/cm2). The activity of catalyst was improved greatly by active carbon pretreat-ed and CeO2 decoration.
