为改善温拌高模量沥青混合料的低温抗裂性和疲劳耐久性,采用BBR、拉伸试验、低温弯曲试验和3分点加载疲劳试验的试验方法,研究了木质素纤维掺量对温拌高模量沥青及其混合料抗裂性能的改善作用。试验结果表明:掺加木质素可显著改善温拌高模量沥青混合料的低温抗裂性,综合考虑木质素纤维掺量对温拌高模量沥青混合料低温抗裂性和抗疲劳开裂性能的影响,推荐适宜的木质素掺量为3‰-4‰,木质素纤维对温拌高模量沥青混合料的改善机理在于其吸附稳定作用、纤维界面增强作用、加筋阻裂作用。
In order to improve the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue durability of warm-high modulus asphalt mixture.This article use BBR tensile test 、low-temperature bending test and three point loading fatigue test method,studied the influence of lignin fiber content on crack resistance of warm-high modulus asphalt and its mixture.results show that:adding the lignin can significantly improve the low temperature crack resistance of warm-high modulus asphalt mixture,Considering the affect of lignin fiber content on low temperature crack resistance and fatigue cracking resistance of warm-high modulus t mixture,recommend appropriate lignin content of 3‰ ~4‰.the crack resistance influence mechanism of Lignin fiber on warm-high modulus asphalt and its mixture is enhancement effect,reinforced fiber interface and crack resistance effect.
