文章从道法自然的观点出发,指出为防止地震灾害不应一味地加强加固地基与构造物,与强大的自然力相对抗。顺应自然,以柔克刚有时会取得意想不到的效果。文章简要介绍了我国加筋土在治水工程中应用和发展的历史;指出用柔韧的纤维材料与土石材料结合的加筋土结构在地震灾害中表现出卓越的性状。介绍了日本阪神地震、美国北里奇地震、土耳其伊斯坦布尔地震、中美洲萨尔瓦多地震、以及我国台湾集一集地震、四川的汶川地震中一些加筋挡土墙、加筋边坡和加筋土桥台的震后调查。调查的结果表明,在近年来世界上发生的这些著名大地震中,柔性的加筋土结构物没有发生整体失稳的案例。同时也介绍了用EPS(聚苯乙烯板块)作为填料在地震中良好的表现。调查研究结果表明,土工合成材料具有轻质、柔韧、高强的特点,在地震中表现出优异的性能。
In the paper, according to "Dao follow the nature", it is pointed that in anti-seismic structure, always to increase its strength and rigidity in order to antagonize strong nature force is not a good idea, to suit nature and overcome firmness by gentleness maybe win ideal results. The history of earth reinforcement in flood control in China is introduce briefly; excellent behavior of reinforced soil structure in earthquake is indicated. The behavior of some geosynthetic- reinforced soil walls in 1994 Northridge earthquake (USA), 1995 Hyogoken-Nanbu (Kobe) Earthquake (Japan), 1999 Chi-Chi Earthquake ( Taiwan, China), 1999 Kocaeli Earthquake ( Turkey), 2001 E1 Salvador Earthquake ( Central America), 2004 Niigataken-Chuetsu Earthquake (Japan), 2008 Wenchun in China is introduced. An important result is obtained that in the famous earthquakes, no instability and collapse of reinforced soil structure are observed. EPS (Expanded Poly-Styrol) embankments were built in road widening project and backside of abutments for bridges, its seismic stability is confirmed. It is concluded from survey results that geosynthetics have excellent anti-seismic property, because of its light weight, high strength and excellent pliability and toughness.
