研究基于业主、施工单位、政府视角分解绿色建筑评价体系,呈现我国绿色建筑评价内在的结构关系,引入网络层次分析法探讨各指标间的网络结构关系,构建了定量的绿色建筑指标体系评价模型。最后,结合龙湖集团滟澜山项目为研究区域,进行了绿色建筑定量评价的案例研究。结果表明:研究区域的能源资源的利用对绿色建筑评价指标体系影响最大,符合我国目前能源利用效率低,环境所承受的压力总量很高的现状。
The research on evaluation system of green building from the perspectives of owners, construction organization and the government clearly presents the internal structural relationship evaluation on green building. Through adopting ANP method,this paper discusses the network structure relationship between different indexes and establishes a quantitative evaluation model of green building index system. Then this paper conducts a case study of quantitative evaluation about green building, taking the Yanlanshan Project of Longhu Group as an example. The results of the case study show that the utilization of energy resources in the research area has the greatest impact on the green building evaluation index system which is in accordance with current situation of low efficiency of energy use and high pressure undertaken by the environment.
