基于绿色创新绩效的二象性特征从绿色创新效率和绿色创新产出两个维度构建我国工业绿色创新绩效评价指标体系,并综合运用PPE-Malmquist-LWN模型对2008—2014年30个省工业绿色创新绩效进行综合评价,最后基于核密度估计分析我国工业绿色创新绩效演化规律。研究发现,东部沿海和北部沿海综合经济区的工业绿色创新绩效水平处于“高产出-高效率”状态。从演化规律来看,我国工业绿色创新绩效水平随着时间的演进呈现出“上升-下降-再上升”的波动式增长演进态势,发展状态不平稳。在空间上呈现出“东高西低”的非均衡性演进趋势,各经济区工业绿色创新绩效水平差异明显,且极化现象较长时期仍存在,绿色创新绩效水平有待进一步提高。
The index system of industrial green innovation performance is built from green innovation efficiency and green innova- tion output two dimensions based on dual property of green innovation performance. Then, the evaluation of industrial green innovation performance is using PPE-Malmquist-LWN model synthetically and using kernel density estimation to analysis the industrial green inno- vation performance evolution rule. The results showed that: Among the eight economic zones of China, east coastal and north coastal e- conomic zone have "high output and high efficiency" industrial green innovation performance. From the point of view of evolution, the level of industrial green innovation performance in china's different regions shows an "up-down-up again" trend of yearly fluctuations in overall evolution, and the development status is not stable. From the point of spatial laws, industrial green innovation performance in east is higher than that in west, and the regional difference of green innovation performance is obvious and polarization trend still exist for a long period, the industrial green innovation performance level shall be improved to some extent.
