目的:研究RhoA蛋白在人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901细胞核内的分布。方法:采用免疫荧光,免疫组化以及Western Blotting检测不同方法提取的蛋白样品,观察RhoA蛋白在人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901核内的分布情况。结果:以上方法的结果均显示RhoA蛋白在SGC-7901的细胞核内有分布。结论:在人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901中,RhoA蛋白不仅分布在细胞质和细胞膜,在细胞核内也有分布。
Objective: This experiment was designed to study the distribution of RhoA in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods: Immunofluorescence assay, immunocytochemistry assay, and Western blotting for detecting different protein samples from cells were applied, and the distribution of RhoA in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was investigated. Results: Results from all of the methods revealed that RhoA was found in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Conclusion: In human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, RhoA was distributed not only in the cytoplasm and cell membrane, but also in the nucleus.
