英文摘要：

Objective： This experiment was designed to study the distribution of RhoA in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods： Immunofluorescence assay, immunocytochemistry assay, and Western blotting for detecting different protein samples from cells were applied, and the distribution of RhoA in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was investigated. Results： Results from all of the methods revealed that RhoA was found in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Conclusion： In human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, RhoA was distributed not only in the cytoplasm and cell membrane, but also in the nucleus.
