实验建立了利用直流电弧放电方法制备氮化钼(γ-Mo2N)纳米晶的新方法、选择钼(Mo)棒代替传统的钨棒作阴极,通过调节氮气压等实验参数,提高了金属钼(Mo)向氮化钼(γ-Mo2N)的转化、分别利用X光射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对制备的样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。
Nanocrystalline molybdenum nitride( γ-Mo2N) has been synthesized by the direct current (DC) arc discharge method. The molybdenum(Mo) rod, replacing traditional tungsten(W), was used as discharged cathode. Nitridition of Mo could be enhanced by adjusting nitrogen pressure. The characterization of the as-grown powders were carried out by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
