The ＂network learning space for everyone＂ system is proposed by the Ministry of Education of the PRC. The development of educational information technology and cloud computing technology, by providing the technical support, enables the construction of the platform of ＂network learning space for everyone＂ for higher vocational col- leges. This paper, based on the actual state of our college, analyses the research method and the key technology for the construction of the platform and finally proposes a set of relatively complete solutions by building the experimental environment, aiming at offering practical guidance for improving the quality of teaching as well as the level of man- agement and services for teachers and students.
