卵磷脂络合碘治疗AMD的疗效分析

目的:探讨卵磷脂络合碘(沃丽汀)对湿性型老年性黄斑变性(AMD)的治疗效果。方法:将53例60眼确诊为湿性型的AMD患者分成治疗组(26例30眼)及对照组(27例30眼),治疗组用卵磷脂络合碘治疗,对照组用安慰剂治疗,67d后分别进行OCT检查。根据OCT检查结果,评价其疗效。结果:治疗组治愈16眼,好转9眼,无效5眼,总有效率83.3%。对照组治愈2眼,好转8眼,无效20眼,总有效率33.3%。治疗组治疗后视力明显提高,黄斑区视网膜厚度明显减少,两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:卵磷脂络合碘治疗湿性老年黄斑变性有显著疗效。

英文摘要:

AIM:To discuss the clinical application value of the optical coherence tomography(OCT) in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration(AMD) by iodized lecithin tablets.METHODS:Totally 53 cases 60 eyes diagnosed with exudative AMD were divided into two groups:the treatment group(26 cases,30 eyes) treated with iodized lecithin tablets and the control group(27 cases,30 eyes) treated with vitamin E and vitamin C.OCT was used to check all the cases after 67 days.The curative effect was evaluated based on OCT outcome.RESULTS::In treatment group,16 eyes were cured,9 eyes improved and 5 eyes had no effect after the treatment of iodized lecithin tablets,and the total effective rate was 83.3%.In control group,2 eyes were cured,8 eyes improved and 20 eyes had no effect without the treatment of iodized lecithin tablets,and the total effective rate was 33.3%.The visual acuity of treatment group improved obviously,and the macular retina thickness decreased obviously.The curative effect of two groups had significant difference.The treatment group was superior to the control group.CONCLUSION:Iodized lecithin tablets have significant curative effect in treating exudative AMD.
