目的运用不同测试技术对白噪声暴露前后豚鼠的听觉功能进行检测,分析120 d B SPL白噪声暴露对豚鼠听觉功能的影响,为豚鼠的听力学研究提供模型及方法参考。方法以120 d B SPL白噪声为噪声暴露条件,比较噪声暴露组、对照组各20只豚鼠听性脑干反应(ABR)、畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)、电诱发听性脑干反应(eABR),总结分析120 d B SPL白噪声暴露对豚鼠听觉功能的影响。结果对照组与噪声暴露组之间的ABR阈值、DPOAE幅度值、eABR阈值差异均具有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。结论 120 d B SPL白噪声建立豚鼠噪声性聋动物模型稳定,听性脑干反应(ABR)、畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)、电诱发听性脑干反应(eABR)可以很好地检测白噪声暴露前后豚鼠听觉功能的变化。
Objective Using different techniques to detect guinea pigs' heating functions before and after white noise exposure, to study the effects of 120 dB SPL white noise on hearing in guinea pigs, as an animal model for hearing research in guinea pigs. Methods In the noise exposure condition of 120 dBSPL white noise, to compare the auditory brainstem response (ABR), distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) and eleettically evoked auditory brainstem response (eABR) were compared between 20 guinea pigs exposed to white noise at 120 dB SPL and 20 normal control guinea pigs. Results ABR thresholds, DPOAE amplitudes and eABR thresholds were significantly different between the noise exposed guinea pigs and normal control guinea pigs (p 〈0.05). Conclusion White noise at 120 dB SPL can consistently induced hearing loss in guin- ea pigs, which can serve as an animal model for studying heating and heating loss.
