利用RBF网络对电阻的动态参数进行融合处理,建立了以电阻点焊参数为输入空间、点焊电流为输出空间的电阻点焊质量智能监测模型,将由多参数控制的复杂点焊过程优化为仅由点焊电流控制的过程。实验结果表明:通过该模型设置的最佳点焊电流可以达到使点焊质量最佳化,并且与实际点焊电流相比具有较好的逼近性,具有较高的计算精度。
Conduct the interfusion treatment to the dynamic parameter of the resistance by utilizing the RBF network. Established the intelligent monitoring model of spot welding quality of resistance whose spot welding parameter is taken as input space and whose spot welding current is taken as output space. The complex spot welding process monitored by each parameter is utilized to the process that is monitored by the spot welding current only. Test result shows: the spot welding quality can be optimized with the optimized spot welding current set by this model, and this optimized spot welding current has better approximation and higher computational accuracy than actual spot welding current.
