钢筋混凝土结构受外界有害离子侵蚀会出现耐久性失效,电化学修复技术可以有效地提升钢筋混凝土结构耐久性能,延长结构使用寿命。然而,电化学修复方法会引起钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋氢脆、混凝土孔隙率改变、碱集料反应等现象,导致钢筋混凝土结构的材料性能和力学性能发生变化,从而影响结构的服役性能。该文在综述电化学修复技术研究和应用的基础上,分析了电化学修复过程对钢筋混凝土结构材料层面和构件层面的作用与影响,并对电化学修复技术在混凝土结构耐久性提升中的研究和应用进行了展望。
Reinforced concrete structures subjected to harmful outside ions may be at risk of durability failure. Electrochemical rehabilitation can be applied to improve the durability and prolong the service life of reinforced concrete structures. However, electrochemical treatment may cause side effects such as hydrogen embrittlement, changes in porosity, alkali-aggregate reaction, etc., that lead to changes in the material properties and mechanical properties of the structures and thus influence the service performance. Based on the researches and applications of electrochemical rehabilitation, this paper summarizes the side effects on the material and members caused by electrochemical treatment. The prospect of electrochemical rehabilitation application in improving the durability of reinforced concrete structures is also concluded.
