目的:探讨实验性咬合紊乱所致大鼠髁突软骨改建过程中雌二醇、雌激素受体α以及雌激素合成关键酶--芳香化酶的表达变化情况。方法:通过前移大鼠第一磨牙的方法建立大鼠实验性咬合紊乱模型,6周后取材,应用免疫组化SABC方法检测大鼠髁突软骨中雌二醇、雌激素受体α以及芳香化酶的表达变化,并通过计算阳性细胞密度来探讨各物质的表达变化规律。结果:实验组中雌二醇、雌激素受体α的表达明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),而芳香化酶的表达高于对照组(P〈0.05),雌性组尤为明显。结论:雌激素及其受体参与了实验性咬合紊乱所引起的髁突软骨的改建活动。
Objective:To study the effect of experimentally created disordered occlusion (ECDO) on the expression of estrogen,its receptors and aromatase (AROM) in condylar cartilage of rats. Methods:Sixteen 8-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups with equal sex and number distribution. In experimental group,occlusal disorder was created through orthodontic technique. Immunohistochemical analyses were performed for condyles with antibodies for E2,ERα and AROM. The number of positive cell was used for statistical analysis. Results:Comparing to the control group,expression of E2 and ERα decreased but AROM increased in the experimental group,especially in female group. Conclusion:E2,ERα and AROM play an important role in the reconstruction of condylar cartilage of rats induced by ECDO.
