为研究甜菜幼苗对混合盐的耐盐程度,采用盆栽试验,以甜菜KWS0143和Bate464两个品种为试验材料,将Na2SO4和Na Cl按摩尔浓度1∶2混合,按混合物所占土壤质量的百分比,设4个胁迫处理(0、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%),研究两种盐混合胁迫下甜菜的出苗率、干重、鲜重、叶绿素总含量及叶绿素a/b值的变化情况。结果表明:0.5%和0.7%Na2SO4+Na Cl处理促进甜菜幼苗的生长,与对照相比生物量有所增加;当浓度增加到0.9%时,甜菜幼苗生长受到抑制,幼苗的干重、鲜重、叶绿素总含量呈下降趋势,与对照差异显著。在本试验条件下,品种KWS0143耐混合盐程度强于Bate464。
To explore the saline tolerance of sugar beet seedling,a potted cultivation test with KWS0143 and Beta464 as materials was conducted.We studied the change of seedling germination rate,fresh and dry weight, total chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b under the combined stress of different salty concentrations of 0, 0.5%, 0.7% and 0.9%(Na2SO4:Na Cl=1:2). The results showed that: 0.5% and 0.7% of Na2SO4+Na Cl could promote the growth of beet seedlings, compared with the biomass of control group; When the concentration increased to 0.9%, the growth of sugar beet seedling was significantly inhibited, and the fresh and dry weight and total chlorophyll content of seedling decreased, compared with the control group; Under the tested conditions,strain KWS0143 had a higher salt tolerance than strain Beta464.
