In view of present situation and problems of strategic emerging industry developments in China,classify innovation elements,clarify the importance of innovation factors of the strategic emerging industry development,review innovation factors of effective supply related research at home and abroad.Using the three dimension analysis framework,interpret strategic emerging industry development phase,the innovation motivation;build innovation factor supply system,by analyzing the working way of different types of coordination mechanism in supply system and their mutual relationships,design strategy path of strategic emerging industry innovation factor supply system.
