远志与厚朴不同煎煮时间及不同配比对小鼠胃肠运动的影响

目的考察远志与厚朴配伍的不同煎煮时间以及不同配伍比例对小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法采用半固体糊精法,考察空白组、生远志组、厚朴组以及远志与厚朴1:1、1:2、1:3配伍组对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的影响。结杲①与空白组相比,除厚朴组外,各组均能增加小鼠胃残留率、降低小肠推进率(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);但与生远志组比较,远志配厚朴同煎15min组能明显降低小鼠胃残留率(P〈0.05);②与生远志组相比,远志与厚朴1:1、1:2、1:3配比组均能显著降低小鼠胃残留率,显著促使小肠推进(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论厚朴能显著改善生远志所致的胃肠动力障碍,并随厚朴配比的增加胃肠运动增强;二者配伍,以厚朴后下同煎15min为宜。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the effects of radix Polygalae and Magnolia of different decoction time and compatibility proportion on mouse gastrointestinal motility. Methods By using the method of semisolid dextrin, we examined the effects of radix Polygalae and Magnolia of different decoction time and compatibility proportion on the residue rate of stomach and impelling rate of bowel in blank group, crude radix Polygalae group, Magnolia group, as well as different radix Polygalae-Magnolia compatibility (1:1, 1:2 and 1:3) groups. Results (1) Compared with the blank group, both the crude radix Polygalae group and all the radix Polygalae-Magnolia compatibility groups had remarkably increased residue rate of stomach and reduced impelling rate of bowel (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Compared with the crude radix Polygalae, radix Polygalae and Magnolia of different compatibility proportion could obviously decrease the residue rate of stomach when the decoction time was 15 minutes (P〈0.05). (2) Compared with the crude radix Polygalae group, all the groups of different radix Polygalae and Magnolia compatibility could remarkably reduce the residue rate of stomach and increase the impelling rate of bowel (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Magnolia could improve dysfunction of gastrointestinal motility caused by crude radix Polygalae. Gastrointestinal motility is strengthened as the mixing rate of Magnolia increases. It is better to decoct Magnolia later and decoct it for 15 minutes when crude radix Polygalae and Magnolia are used together.
