目的:观察萎胃康颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)模型大鼠核转录因子-kB(NF—kB)及胃黏膜病理形态学的影响,探讨其治疗CAG的作用机制。方法:将90只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、萎胃康大、小剂量组、三九胃泰组。除正常组外,均采用多重刺激复制大鼠CAG模型。分别运用复方萎胃康大、小剂量及三九胃泰治疗,观察各组大鼠胃黏膜上皮细胞NF—kB表达及胃黏膜的病理学形态。结果:萎胃康大、小剂量组胃黏膜中NF—kB表达显著低于模型组(P〈0.01),萎胃康大、小剂量组胃黏膜中NF—kB表达显著低于三九胃泰组(P〈0.01)。各组胃黏膜组织形态学观察,萎胃康大、小剂量组较模型组有明显改善。结论:萎胃康颗粒可以使CAG模型大鼠胃黏膜中NF—kB表达降低,能够明显改善CAG模型大鼠胃黏膜的炎症、萎缩性病变,对CAG模型大鼠有明显的治疗作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Weiweikang Granule(WWKG) on the expressions of nuclear factor- kB (NF - kB), and gastric mucosa pathological change in rat model of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG) and the mechanisms. Methods : Ninety male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:the normal control group, the model group, the SJWTG (San -Jiu - Wei -Tai -Granule)control group, the low -dose and high -dose WWKG groups. Except normal control group, the other groups used the multiple stimulations to duplicate the CAG model. All rats were treated with different medicines, after a month, all rats were sacrificed and taken the sinus ventriculi and body of stomach to detect the expression of NF - kB and observe the histology mucosa changes by microscope. Results : Compared with model group, the expressions of NF - kB in the rats of all WWKG groups were significantly lowered(P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with SJWTG control group the expressions of NF - kB in the rats of low - dose and high -dose WWKG groups were significantly lowered( P 〈 0.01 ) ,and the pathological changes were significant. Conclusion: WWKG can significantly adjust the expressions of NF - kB, and has protective function against the gastricmucosal injury.
