目的:探讨益气养阴活血法对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型大鼠的作用机制。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、全方组、补益组、祛邪组和西药组,除正常组正常饲养外,其余5组造模6周。待造模成功后分别ig生理盐水、生理盐水、萎胃康水煎液、拆方I号水煎液、拆方II号水煎液和维霉素混悬液,每日1次。给药30d后观察对大鼠胃黏膜组织形态及表皮生长因子(EGF)及受体(EGFR)表达的影响。结果:各治疗药物均可显著改善胃黏膜萎缩,降低胃黏膜EGF、EGFR表达,较模型组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),其中以全方组疗效最好(P〈0.01)。结论:萎胃康能改善CAG大鼠胃黏膜萎缩,其中益气养阴药起主要作用,祛邪药物起协同作用,其机制可能与抑制细胞的异常增殖有关。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Yiqi Yangying Huoxue Principle on treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) model rats. Method: Randomly divided wistar rats into normal control group, model group, whole formula group, buyi group, quxie group and western medicine group. The other five groups except normal control group were made CAG model with the multiple stimulations for 6 weeks, select 12 rats from 70 as ( normal group). After modeled successfully, the groups were ig 0. 9% saline, 0. 9% saline, Weiwei Kang decoction, split part I decoction, split part II decoction and the neomycin dimensional suspension, once a day. After 30 days, observe the gastric mucosa pathological changes and the expression of epidermal growth factor(EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR). Result: The therapeutic drugs could all significantly improve in gastric mucosa atrophy and decrease the expression of the EGF and EGFR, compared with the model group (P 〈 O. 01 ). The average optical density of EGF and EGFR in whole formula is minimum, having significant difference compared to the other therapeutic groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The Chinese drug Wei Wei Kang can improve and reverse the gastric atrophy of experimental atrophic gastritis of rats, among which buqi yangyin drugs play a major role and quxie drugs synergy. Its mechanism maybe related with restraining cell proliferation.
