本文从市场需求因素出发,结合中国的统计数据与现实案例分析后发现,GVC中发达国家跨国公司充分利用其在销售终端渠道的品牌势力与市场需求控制力,通过规模经济效应、俘获效应、用工压榨效应、消费遏制效应以及制度效应,降低并压制了中国本土制造企业超越代工的主动性与可能性;而在外生冲击条件下,通过发挥本土市场需求效应来构建NVC可能是中国制造业实现代工超越的现实路径。
Starting from the market demand factors,the paper analyzes the limitations and conditions of surpassing subcontracting of Chinese manufacturing using some related statistic data and real cases from China.The results imply that,in GVC,the MNCs from developed countries make full use of their brand power and controlling power of market demand in sales terminals by scale economies effect,captive effect,labor squeeze effect,consumption restraint effect,and institutional effect, so that the motive and possibilities to surpass subcontracting of Chinese indigenous manufacturing firms are reduced and suppressed. However,under the condition of exogenous shocks,establishing NVC through exerting home market effect can be the real way of surpassing subcontracting of Chinese manufacturing.
