基于超高压容积减压系统理论,研究超高压开关气源工作原理及结构。建立了超高压开关气源系统的数学模型,分析了高频容腔容积以及超高压开关阀的响应频率对超高压开关气源系统性能的影响。利用所建立的数学模型,利用MATLAB进行了仿真计算。结果表明:提出的超高压开关气源系统具有良好的工作效果,可以实现稳定的压力输出;开关阀的响应频率、容腔体积等因素对系统性能有影响。
The research of extra-high pressure switching air supplier was done based on the theory of extra-high pressure pneumatic expander depressurization system and the theory of switching power supply. The mathematic model was built up and simulation was done. The result of the simulation shows that the extra-high pressure switching air supplier system can work well and can output stability pressure and flow. The response frequency and volume of the chamber impact the system performance.
