Since 1980s, regarding the Midwest brain-drain problem, Chinese scholars have mainly focused their researches on the Midwest status quo investigation, the Midwest brain-drain cause analysis and the Midwest brain-drain countermeasures. These studies about the Midwest brain-drain problem has certain enlightenment and reference to our further study.
