为改善铝合金蒙皮零件的成形质量,降低蒙皮拉形零件的生产成本,以VTL1000拉形机生产的某复杂变截面蒙皮零件为例,基于Dyna Form软件,对蒙皮拉形过程进行了有限元仿真研究。结合对仿真结果中蒙皮厚度和应变分布的分析,研究了相关工艺参数对蒙皮拉形的影响,并对传统的拉形方式进行了改进;结合该零件的结构特点,给出了一种最佳模具倾角参数的设计方法,可以进一步提高成形质量;最后,根据仿真结果,制定了该零件工艺方案,并通过试验验证了该工艺方案的可行性。
To improve the forming quality of aluminum skin and save costs of stretch forming parts,the skin stretch forming process was numerically simulated by Dyna Form based on the complex variable section part produced by the VTL1000 stretch forming machine.Through analyzing of thickness and strain distribution in the simulation results,the influences of relative technological parameters on stretch forming were researched,and the traditional stretch method was improved. Then,based on the structure feature of the part,the design method of an appropriate angle of the tool was given,which can further improve the forming quality. At last,a process program was developed based on the simulation results,and an experiment was conducted to demonstrate the validity of the process program.
