刚度和静态残余凹痕抗力是反映汽车钢板使用性能的重要指标。针对汽车钢板的特点,利用典型胀形件来研究汽车钢板抗凹性能。采用2种不同厚度的DC04钢板和1种厚度的H340LA钢板,在其他条件相同的情况下进行冲压,得到3种不同胀形高度的试件,并对这9种胀形件进行抗凹性试验研究。研究结果表明:采用屈服强度高的材料可以提高胀形件的静态残余凹痕抗力;随着材料厚度增大,胀形件的抗凹刚度和静态残余凹痕抗力都明显增大;在一定范围内,随着胀形高度增加,胀形件的刚度和静态残余凹痕抗力保持不变或略有增大。
Stiffness and static residual dent resistance arc important indicators of automotive performance. For the characteristics of auto- motive steel, the dent resistance performance of automohile sheet metal was studied hy typical bulging piece. Bulging specimens of sheet metal DC04 with two kinds of different thicknesses and sheet metal H340LA with one kind of thickness were bulged into three different heights under the same boundary condition. Dent resistance tests were carried out on nine kinds of different bulging specimens. The results show that the static residual dent resistance of bulging specimens can be increased by using material with higher yield strength. Stiffness and static residual dent resistance of bulging specimens increase significantly with the increasing of material thickness. However, within a certain range, stiffness and static residual dent resistance of bulging specimens remain unchanged or increase shghfly with the increasing of bulging height.
