A design of the improved method for the immuno-electron microscopy to the immuno-labelled of the pre-embedding in granulose cells and its practice were presented by immuno-labelled pre-embedding for granulose cell in an ovary. The region of the positive reaction shows the sediment of black in the granulose cell.
