针对玉米根茬根土分离关键环节,以飞锤击打根土分离机构为研究对象,在Pro/E中建立飞锤击打根土分离机构刚体模型并将其导入ADAMS中,在ADAMS中完善钢丝绳柔性体模型并进行运动学仿真和动力学仿真。通过改变对分离效果有影响的各个因素包括飞锤速度、飞锤质量和敲击角度等,观察其对根土模型的碰撞力大小,绘制关系曲线,分析其影响的大小和敏感度。该研究可为玉米根茬收获机分离机构的设计提供参考和依据。
In order to analyse the kinematics and dynamics characters of the flyweights-hit roots-soil separation mechanism, which works as the key process of mechanical harvest for corn stubble, a simulation was conducted as following. Firstly, a rigid model of flyweights-hit mechanism was established using Pro/E. Secondly, above model was imported to ADAMS. Thirdly, the flexible model of steel cable was added for simulation. Furthermore, factors including the flyweights-hit speed, the mass of flyweights and the hitting angle that influence the separation effect were changed to obtain the relationship between hitting force and influence factors. The study can provide a reference for designing the roots-soil separation mechanism of corn stubble.
