针对根茎类作物机械化收获中的根土分离关键环节,研制了一种根茎类作物根土分离试验台,该试验台采用碾压、击打和抖动方式实现根土分离,可为根茎类作物收获装备的研制提供试验支持。为验证该试验台工作性能,以甘草(长根茎类作物)、虎杖(块根茎类作物)以及玉米根茬(须根茎类作物)作为试验材料进行了试验。验证结果表明,该试验台性能稳定,工作可靠,可根据试验要求调整工作参数,对部分根茎类作物进行根土分离性能试验,并对功率消耗进行测试。
Aiming at the key process of mechanical harvest for rhizome crops, a kind of test-bed employing the combination of compacting, hitting and vibrating method was developed. The study provided a foundation for the design and development of rhizome crops harvest machinery. Experiments employing different materials, such as liquorice (long rhizome crop), polygonum cuspidatum (block rhizome crop) and corn stubble (fibrous root crop), were performed. The results indicated that the test-bed could work steadily and reliably. Furthermore, the working parameters could be set according to different testing requirements, and the corresponding power consumption could be obtained.
