Inconsistent with the view among intra-organizational trust research which assuming trust to be mutual and reciprocal, case study with 10 specific VC-E dyads is employed to analyze the asymmetric feature in the influence factors of VC-E trust. The article reveals the respective influence factors of VC's trust and E's trust, and discusses the cause of the influence factor asymmetry. The study indicates that VC-E's power non- equivalences, risk difference and role difference have a significant effect on the relationship in the VC-E dyads. The article provides some reference for the research of inter-organizational trust asymmetry in the bank-firm and buyer-seller relationship.
