为评价水、温拌剂对沥青-集料界面粘附能力的影响,基于表面自由能理论,建立了无水及有水条件下沥青-集料和温拌剂-沥青-集料界面的粘附模型,计算无水及有水条件下沥青-集料和温拌剂-沥青-集料之间的粘附功,构建能量参数E p1和E p2,利用能量参数的大小来分析水、温拌剂对沥青-集料界面粘附能力的影响规律。结果表明:在无水条件下,温拌剂的加入可以提高沥青-集料界面的粘附能力;但在有水条件下,温拌剂对水的敏感性极强,其加入使得沥青-集料界面的粘附能力急剧下降。
In order to evaluate the effects of water and warm mix agent on adhesion capacity of asphalt-aggregate interface, based on surface free energy theory, the adhesion models of asphalt- aggregate interface and warm mix agent-asphalt-aggregate interface with or without water were established. The adhesion works between asphalt-aggregate interface and warm mix agent- asphalt-aggregate interface with or without water were calculated. Energy parameters Ep1 and Ep2 were constructed to analyze the adhesion capacity of asphalt-aggregate interface affected by water and warm mix agent. The results show that adhesion capacity of asphalt-aggregate interface is improved by adding warm mix agent without water. However, warm mix agents are very sensitive to water, so adding warm mix agent decreases sharply the adhesion capacity of asphaltaggregate interface with water.
