设计了一种新型纵径复合振动模式棒管式大功率超声辐射器.该辐射器由夹心式压电换能器、哑铃结构金属棒和金属圆管三部分组成.换能器和哑铃结构金属棒的纵向振动驱动金属圆管作径向耦合振动.研究的目的在于通过特殊的结构设计及振动模式的转换来实现一种能够在径向和纵向辐射超声的高功率超声辐射器.该超声辐射器有望在大功率超声领域中获得应用,为该类超声辐射器在工程应用中建立较完整的设计理论及实验数据.
A new type of rod and tubular high-power ultrasonic(HPU) radiator in longitudinal and radial composite vibration is proposed and studied.It consists of a transducer,a metal rod with barbell structure and a long metal tube.Both the transducer and the barbell rod in longitudinal vibrations are used to drive a long metal tube in a radial coupled vibration.The aim of this study is to investigate,by means of its special structure and vibration modes conversion,a new-high power ultrasonic radiator that the ultrasound can be radiated in its radial and longitudinal directions.It is expected that this kind of ultrasonic radiator can be used in high-power ultrasonic applications,and the theoretical and experimental data will be useful in the engineering applications.
