通过环己亚胺基二硫代甲酸钠与邻菲罗啉和硝酸铋反应,合成了新型的铋金属配合物邻菲罗啉合双(环己亚胺基二硫代甲酸)-硝酸铋的单晶,通过X-射线单晶衍射仪测定了晶体结构,IR,元素分析,1HNMR,13CNMR等技术对结构进行了表征.结果表明该晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/n,晶胞参数为:a=1.1632(2)nm,b=1.4414(3)nm,c=1.7681(3)nm,β=93.893(3)°,Z=4,V=2.9578(10)nm3,Dc=1.796g/cm^-3,Mu=6.281mm,F(000)=1576,R1=0.0439,wR2=0.0930[I≥2σ(I)],在该配合物中,中心铋原子形成了畸变的加帽五角双锥八配位构型.
The novel bismuth metal complex 1,10-phenanthroline-bis-(hexamethyleneimine-dithiocarbam- ate)-bismuth nitrate was synthesized by the reaction of sodium hexamethyleneimine-dithioearbamate with phenanthriline and Bi(NOa )a " 5H20. The single crystals structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The complex was characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis,1 H NMR13 C NMR and so on. The crystal belongs to monoelinie with space group P2(1)/n,a=1.1632(2)nm,b=1.4414(3)nm,c=1.7681(3)nm,β=93.893(3)°,Z=4,V=2.9578(10)nm3,Dc=1.796g/cm^-3,Mu=6.281mm,F(000)=1576,R1=0.0439,wR2=0.0930[I≥2σ(I)]. In the complex,the structure shows a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry with eight-coordination for the central bismuth atom.
