为探讨不同抗性松树接种松材线虫后过氧化氢(H2O2)、氧化酶活性变化差异与其抗性间的关系,对火炬松、马尾松和黑松接种松材线虫后针叶内H2O2含量、POD和APX酶活性动态变化进行了研究。结果发现,黑松和马尾松在接种早期(接种4 h后)针叶内H2O2含量(分别为(470.01±47.20)μmol/g和(232.33±9.42)μmol/g)远高于火炬松((145.46±11.86)μmol/g),但在接种72 h后,火炬松针叶内H2O2含量上升幅度较大,且在达到峰值后下降幅度比黑松和马尾松的小。3种松树接种松材线虫后的POD和APX酶活性均出现两次高峰值,峰值从大到小均为:黑松、马尾松、火炬松,且在达第1次活性高峰时感病松树上升快,在达第2次活性峰时抗病的火炬松上升快。这表明不同抗性松树接种松材线虫后,其体内H2O2含量、POD和APX酶活性变化差异与其抗性存在密切关系,H2O2含量的积累程度对松树抗病性具有重要的影响。
To investigate the relation between activity differences of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and its oxidase in different resistance pines inoculated with Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and the resistance of pine trees,the content of H2O2 and the activity dynamic changes of POD and APX were studied.The results showed that the content of H2O2 of Pinus thunbergii((470.01±47.20)μmol/g) and P.massoniana((232.33±9.42)μmol/g) was higher than P.taeda((145.46±11.86) μmol/g) at the early stage of inoculation(after 4 hours of inoculation).But the H2O2 of P.taeda go up substantially and go down more slowly after going to its peaks than P.thunbergii and P.massoniana after 72 hours of inoculation.The activity of POD and APX of three pines both had two peaks after inoculated with B.xylophilus,and the value of two activity peaks was P.thunbergiiP.massonianaP.taeda,and reached the first peak of activity increased rapidly in susceptible pines,the resistance of P.taeda reaching the second peak of activity increased rapidly.This indicated that the different resistance pine trees inoculated with B.xylophilus,the content of H2O2,POD and APX enzyme activity was closely related to differences in their resistance,the accumulation level of H2O2 in the pines had an important influence on pine resisted B.xylophilus.
