以城市道路养护工程实施方案的评价方法作为研究对象,利用交通仿真方法针对城市道路不同养护工程实施方案产生的交通影响进行定量评价,并结合运行车辆的速度-油耗模型,对不同养护实施方案导致的车辆燃油变化进行分析.结果表明,在对城市道路进行养护施工时,选取不同施工时段、不同施工方式、不同作业区长度等养护实施方案对道路交通具有明显的影响,同时由于不同实施方案产生的交通影响不同,也会导致车辆燃油消耗发生较大变化.由此可见,对城市道路养护工程进行合理、科学的施工方案优化,既可以减小养护工程施工造成的交通影响,又可以减少运行车辆的燃油消耗.最后给出了城市道路养护工程实施方案的评价流程和方法.
Taking the evaluation method of urban road maintenance project implementation scheme asthe research object in the paper, the traffic impact of different maintenance project of urban road werequantitatively evaluated by using the traffic simulation method. Then, based on the vehicle′ velocity-fu.el consumption model, the change of vehicle fuel consumption caused by different embodiments of main.tenance projects was analyzed. The results showed that the construction period, the construction methodand the operating zone length had significant impact on road traffic in the maintenance construction ofurban road, which also led to large changes in fuel consumption of vehicles. Therefore it was concludedthat reasonable and scientific construction plan optimization not only can reduce the traffic impactcaused by the road maintenance construction, but also can reduce the fuel consumption of vehicles. Fi.nally, the decision process and method of urban road maintenance project program were suggested.
