基于连续体ICM拓扑优化方法,结合CAD/CAE系统,提出以模态频率为目标的结构拓扑优化模型,运用该模型完成XH715立式铣削加工中心立柱结构拓扑优化设计,其动静态性能有较大的改善,为后续的整机优化和详细设计提供了理论指导和设计原型。
The upright column model of a vertical milling center was established based on the integrated CAD/CAE system. Aimed to get the modal frequency-based topology structure, the ICM method was technically modified to improve the result. An optimization topology model was obtained which provides the prototype for the later analysis.
